Birthday Present
Posted on January 23rd, 2006 by Jeffrey
For my birthday, Mel agreed to let me spend $100 on poker online. My birthday isn’t actually until tomorrow, but I have more time today. I have been dying to play for real money for a while now and I’m sure I will regret it. It would probably be best if I lost actually since I am likely to get addicted if I don’t. I’m not new to the game, I’ve played in some freindly tournaments with the guys from work and have actually won more than I’ve lost. My biggest win was almost $300, not bad from a $40 buy in.
Wish me luck … or wish me a quick and painless death if you don’t want to see this become another Texas Hold ‘em blog.
Death before dishonor! may the best man lose etc.etc.
greetings!
the complimenting commentor told me it was your birthday!
happy birthday to you from all of us at the “state of Indiana”!
since we share the same birthday, thought i’d hop on over to greet you happy birthday! hope you have a grand time!
I think that is a wonderful gift. You get to try something fun and you could get money back in return if you do it right. Double win. Happy birthday!
I wish you a very happy birthday and pocket aces.
What a nice surprise to find all these happy birthday messages here this morning. Thanks, everyone!
By the way … it’s gone. I lost it all this morning. It was a short carreer as a professional gambler.
Happy Birthday!!
That is a GREAT gift. I play online poker for real money and would love that. Have lots of fun!
